As the founder and principal of Kelley Realty Group, LLC, Dottie Kelley has a deep connection to Orlando. Born and raised in the “City Beautiful,” Dottie understands Orlando’s ever-changing market. She combines her passion for the community with over 25 years of experience in residential sales, leasing, and property management.

Her client-centric approach is evident as she emphasizes personalized guidance, clear communication, and dedication to smooth transactions. Being a native has also allowed Dottie to develop a vast network, enabling her to provide clients with trustworthy recommendations.

When she is not serving clients, Dottie can be found in her Thornton Park neighborhood chatting with friends or walking her beloved dog, Remi.

Mike Downs brings a unique blend of skills to the Kelley Realty Group. The former marine has over 15 years of experience in real estate sales and mortgage brokering. He has also successfully rehabbed and flipped over fifty houses, making his knowledge of every aspect of real estate an asset for his clients.

Mike’s military service taught him the importance of precision, organization, and commitment, which he applies to every transaction and project. He’s known for his personable communication, punctuality, and attention to detail, ensuring that his clients are well informed and confident throughout the process.

Now that Mike’s kids are teenagers, he has extra time to indulge in his passion for traveling and playing on Central Florida's abundant golf courses.

Beyond real estate, Brian's eclectic interests include stamp collecting and sharing his musical talents as a tuba and bass player.
